"I was very disappointed that the pool and jacuzzi were empty! I was looking forward to a relaxing evening after a long day of meetings. I was unable to get a receipt from the attendant........she didn't know how to print one. The coffee was across the driveway and it was extemely cold outside. They should have had the coffee set up in the main hotel lobby also."
